1、 Warranty Regulations

1.1 Service Content

Product replacement:

Starting from the date of the consumer's purchase of the product, if any quality or performance issues are found within the relevant period, a purchase invoice for the product can be issued and free repair services can be enjoyed. If the product cannot be repaired or the repair cost exceeds half of the product price, it can be replaced with a good product for free;

Product Warranty:

Starting from the date of the consumer's purchase of the product, if any quality or performance issues are found within the relevant period, a purchase invoice for the product can be issued, and the limited free warranty service can be enjoyed. That is, during the product repair process, if the consumer requests or the product repair is necessary, the replacement parts need to be replaced, and the new parts need to be paid for.

Special instructions:

The scope of this service is limited to hosts only. Packaging, various wiring, user manuals, and other attachments are not within the scope of maintenance support services. When serving you at our service agency, please bring the corresponding invoice and product warranty certificate with you; If you are unable to provide the above proof, the replacement and warranty period of the product will be calculated from its production date.

Our Trading shall not be liable for any other commitments made by the distributor to you that are not guaranteed by our Trading.

1.2 Service Requirements

Users who apply for product warranty services must follow the "Ours Trading Product Warranty Service Process" and undergo testing by Ours Trading maintenance engineers for product performance faults before being eligible for warranty. For products applying for replacement with good products, the following requirements must be met:

1. The packaging is intact;

2. Complete accessories.

If the packaging and accessories are damaged or lost, fees will be charged according to the prices in the "Our Trading Product Accessories Replacement Details" for the current year.

1.3 Software Services

Ours Trading provides free product software services to users during the product warranty period. If necessary, you can download the latest firmware upgrade program for free from the official website of Our Trading (www.cnours. com).

1.4 Demand for out of warranty

If you have any needs for the selected product beyond this warranty policy, please negotiate with our Trading legitimate distributor when purchasing the product and enter into a separate product extension or renewal service.

1.5 Standard warranty period

The standard warranty period of the product varies depending on its form and positioning. Please refer to the warranty card for details.

2、 Non warranty regulations

The following situations (including but not limited to) are not within the scope of maintenance support services for this product:

Failure to install, use, maintain, or store the product in accordance with the instructions, resulting in product malfunction or damage;

L has exceeded the warranty period;

Unauthorized alteration or deletion of product barcodes or serial numbers;

The product barcode or model on the product warranty certificate does not match the product itself;

Non Ours Trading and Ours Trading authorized service agencies and their personnel for disassembly and repair;

Unauthorized modification of inherent settings files or product failures caused by virus damage without the permission of Ours Trading;

Unexpected factors or human behavior leading to product damage, such as improper input voltage, high temperature, water ingress, mechanical damage, falling, severe oxidation or rusting of the product, etc;

Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading during the customer's return for repair;

Product failure or damage caused by force majeure, such as earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, etc;

Other malfunctions or damages caused by non product design, technology, production, quality, and other issues.

In case of the above situations, you should seek solutions from relevant responsible parties or choose our paid services.

Special instructions:

Ours Trading does not guarantee customer data stored in its products or related to the products in any other form. Customers are responsible for backing up the relevant data to prevent loss.

3、 Disclaimer clause

1. Unless explicitly stated in this clause, Ours Trading does not provide any express or implied warranty or guarantee: for commercial and suitability for special purposes, warranties and liabilities arising from transactions, applications, and commercial interactions.

2. Ours Trading does not guarantee that its software is completely defect free, and does not guarantee that customers will not encounter any problems or interruptions when operating the software.

3. Under no circumstances shall Ours Trading be liable for any losses caused by damage to intangible property such as configurations or programs, and for any losses caused by third-party claims for compensation.
